Returns Policy
If something isn’t quite right with your order, simply contact Senpai Wear within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll process your request quickly—typically within 1-2 business days.
Here’s how it works:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about its approval.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Key Points to Remember:
- Condition of Returns: Items must be in the same condition as received. Washed or worn items cannot be returned.
- Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Follow the instructions in the Start Your Return section below for a simple process.
- Defective Items: For defective products, include a description and photos of the defect to help us improve.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For gift returns, in-store credit may be offered instead.
- Holiday Returns: Purchases made after November 1st can be returned through January 31st. During this busy time, processing may take slightly longer.

- Full name as shown on your order confirmation
- Phone number
- Reason for return
- Any additional details (e.g., photos for incorrect or defective items)

Refund FAQs
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Timeline: Refunds are typically issued within 3-7 business days of receiving and processing your return.
- PayPal Purchases: Refunds will go back to the same PayPal account used. You can use the funds for future purchases or transfer them to your bank account.
- Venmo Purchases: Refunds will generally return to the same method used for the original purchase. If credited to your Venmo account, it will appear in your Transactions feed under the Me tab.
